Is there a monthly subscription?
No. The dashboard and relay are free forever with every device purchase. There are no monthly fees, no per-device charges, and no premium tiers.
Do I need to provide my own SIM card?
Yes. The Phantom has an internal nano-SIM slot. The Scout uses a USB 4G dongle (not included). Any data SIM card works.
Can I use the device without 4G?
Yes. You can access the device's web panel over its local WiFi management AP. 4G is for remote access and auto-exfiltration.
What about enterprise / on-premises?
Enterprise customers can run the relay and dashboard on their own infrastructure for air-gapped or regulated environments. Contact us for details.
How many devices can I manage?
Unlimited. The free dashboard supports as many Phantom and Scout devices as you need.
